When minting assets, you will be incurring "debt." This debt will come with an annual percentage return (APR) interest rate which must be repaid to the system. This fee will be used to supplement the savings rate for savers. The borrow rate is determined by Cryndex stakers and it will be adjusted due to new market conditions.
